Xu Xin is a house church worker who is always enthusiastically seeking and yearns for the Lord’s return. One day, her niece testified to her that when the Lord returns He will take a new name and only those that accept God’s new name will be caught up before God’s throne. She based this testimony on the following prophecy from Revelation: “Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, … and I will write on him My new name” (Revelation 3:12). Xu Xin, however, believes that Jesus’ name will never change and that when the Lord returns He will still be called Jesus. This led the two of them to enter into a debate. What was the outcome of their debate? Will the Lord really take a new name upon His return? Watch the skit God’s New Name to find out.

Many people are publicly testifying online that the Lord Jesus has returned. However, some people believe that when the Lord returns, no one will know about it, because it’s recorded in the Bible: “But of that day and hour knows no man.” If it’s true that no one will know the time of the Lord’s return, then how can we welcome the Lord? What is the true meaning of “no one knows the day or the hour”? Has the Lord come back? Click here to discuss with us.
